HJ Realtime

Outreach and narrative marketing for writing tools, publishers, and story-driven studios.

outreach@hjrealtime.com

What we do

  • Outreach letters

Short B2B letters to editors, agents, and studio leads. Named, specific, and sent in small numbers.

  • Waitlists

Copy for a list before a product is public: what it is, who it is for, and what happens next.

  • Launch copy

Positioning and site copy for writing tools, limited to what the product does.

Selected work

TexFaber

A client. Mac writing suite for publishers and narrative studios.

TexFaber is a writing house for Mac, organised around a text-grounded auto-wiki drawn from the manuscript, with writing tools around it. It is built for longform that has to stay consistent: novels, series bibles, narrative games, comics, and television and film development.

Problem
The audience is publishers, literary agencies, narrative studios, and development teams — not a consumer market, and not reached by generic product email.
Approach
HJ Realtime is writing the public introduction and a small set of personal letters. The copy describes the manuscript-grounded wiki and the tools around it.
Result
Early. The product site is at texfaber.com. Introductions to publishers and narrative studios are underway.

Approach

  1. Personal letters

Written to named people, in small numbers. No purchased lists.

  2. Accurate copy

Claims stay inside what the product does.

  3. Careful sending

Outreach that respects inboxes, domains, and the names on the letter.

  4. Calls when needed

Some conversations are better on a call.
